All return and refund requests require an RMA authorization issued at our discretion when you use the “Contact Us” form to request assistance. Patnik Solutions LLC will offer refunds using RMA authorizations for products which arrive defective and are reported via “Contact Us” email web form within 15 days of shipment delivery as confirmed by the carrier’s shipment tracking status.
